My garage door started opening and shutting over and over. Carl came the same day I called and checked everything out. Did some adjustments, checked out the motor and wiring. When he was done the door now opens without pushing into the door facing which I had never noticed.
Carl did an excellent job. He showed up when he said he would and was very respectful and friendly. I had previously contacted another garage door guy who has jerked me around for nearly 6 weeks. I made 1 call and Carl came out and diagnosed my problem immediately.
This gentleman was so nice. I called and said I cannot get my garage door open to go to work, he asked where I was located, I explained Gray. He was in the area, ran by quickly, opened the door, told me the problem, and all was handled just like that. So very nice!!!!
